Kasi Debrah vs Naftali Afful

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Ellis Park Arena, Johannesburg,  taking place on 27/03/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the South Africa Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SABC1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kasi Debrah (18(3) - 1) who hails from Soweto, South Africa and Naftali Afful(11(1) - 5(3) - 1) from Soweto, South Africa.  Debrah weighed in at 147 pounds, while Afful weighed in at 146 pounds And 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Mzikayise Tlolane, and the three ringside judges are Thomas Kotze, David Khumalo and John Masina.
