Rashid Khan vs Shehu Akanji

Boxing Daily Report from the Isahakyan Promotions promoted show at Ilesa Rumfa, Ilesa,  taking place on 24/02/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Nigeria-Osun State Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rashid Khan (18(1) - 0 - 1) who hails from Ife, Nigeria and Shehu Akanji(3 - 12(1) - 2) from Ife, Nigeria.  Khan weighed in at 236 pounds and 5 ounces, while Akanji weighed in at 234 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jay Onuegbu, and the three ringside judges are Joel Akinmunde, Azubuike Katsina and Izunna Obiefuna.
