Bilal Otaroff vs Arseni Zhacksybek

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kazakhstan-Almaty promoted show at Almaty Ablyazov, Almaty,  taking place on 21/02/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kazakhstan-Almaty Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bilal Otaroff (9 - 11(1)) who hails from Almaty, Kazakhstan and Arseni Zhacksybek(4 - 10(1) - 5) from Almaty, Kazakhstan.
