Robert Saina vs Rex Ogot

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Mombasa promoted show at Razi Masinde Gym, Mombasa,  taking place on 25/01/2027:

Clearly AI Kenya-Mombasa have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Mombasa Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Robert Saina (2 - 4(1) - 4) who hails from Mombasa, Kenya and Rex Ogot(9 - 0) from Mombasa, Kenya.  Both Saina and Ogot weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Perlo, and the three ringside judges are Joey Keino, Joey Keino and Dembe Mutunga.  

Round 1: 

Ogot advances into close range and throws a left hook, but the shot is blocked.  Ogot holds on to his opponent.  Ogot is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Ogot.
