Malik Abed vs An Hsiung

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Malaysia-Johor promoted show at Johor Bahru Nassif, Johor Bahru,  taking place on 26/01/2027:

Clearly AI Malaysia-Johor have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Malaysia-Johor Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Malik Abed (11 - 2 - 2) who hails from Johor Bahru, Malaysia and An Hsiung(12 - 5 - 2) from Johor Bahru, Malaysia.  Both Abed and Hsiung weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gazi Shariff, and the three ringside judges are Rehan Sabet, Saad Hassan and Azam Hamdan.  

Round 1: 

Abed lands with a stinging jab.
