Montenegro Marrufo vs Nasario Corte

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Mexico State promoted show at Naucalpan Arcia, Naucalpan,  taking place on 26/01/2027:

Clearly AI Mexico-Mexico State have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Mexico State Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Montenegro Marrufo (6 - 14 - 1) who hails from Nezahualcoyotl, Mexico and Nasario Corte(13 - 5 - 3) from Ecatepec, Mexico.  Marrufo weighed in at 146 pounds and 11 ounces, while Corte weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Felippe Minier, and the three ringside judges are Sierra Zorrilla, Joaquin Palencia and Eloy Llerena.
