Yakubu Okoye vs Mudashiru Kemasuode

Boxing Daily Report from the Adumensa Promotions promoted show at Noel Barata Gym, Maiduguri,  taking place on 27/01/2027:

Clearly Adumensa Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Borno State Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Yakubu Okoye (6 - 12 - 1) who hails from Maiduguri, Nigeria and Mudashiru Kemasuode(7 - 8(1) - 4) from Maiduguri, Nigeria.  Both Okoye and Kemasuode weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cody Aderemi, and the three ringside judges are Obaid Shariff, Mohsin Kassem and Thompson Ezenwaka.  

Round 1: 

Okoye gets on the inside.  Kemasuode hits home with a right hook.
