Richard Ipia vs Ifeanyi Elderson

Boxing Daily Report from the Kasanbata Promotions promoted show at Kaduna Fasehun, Kaduna,  taking place on 24/02/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Nigeria-Kaduna State Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Richard Ipia (15 - 3) who hails from Kaduna, Nigeria and Ifeanyi Elderson(17 - 9(3)) from Kaduna, Nigeria.  Ipia weighed in at 226 pounds and 1 ounces, while Elderson weighed in at 239 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Kris Choji, and the three ringside judges are Ifeanyi Chukwudi, Haaris Rahmani and Rabiu Ekpoki.
