Boxing Daily Report from the Rourke & Salvador promoted show at Polideportivo Islas Malvinas, Mar del Plata,  taking place on 13/03/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Argentina Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on America Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jax Mejias (18(4) - 0) who hails from Córdoba, Argentina and Montego Ortiz(17(2) - 4(2)) from Resistencia, Argentina.  Both Mejias and Ortiz weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Hidalgo, and the three ringside judges are Quinto Salomon, Pancho Menendez and Zelipe Vita.
