Ian Ruan vs Nick Batie

Boxing Daily Report from the Awere Promotions promoted show at Louisville Moffett, Louisville,  taking place on 27/02/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Kentucky Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ian Ruan (17 - 1) who hails from Louisville, USA and Nick Batie(16 - 5(1)) from Louisville, USA.  Ruan weighed in at 146 pounds and 12 ounces, while Batie weighed in at 146 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Mark Malis, and the three ringside judges are Mark Coppin, Leon Prosser and Dave Southerland.  

Round 1: 

Batie gets on the inside and attempts to land a left uppercut, but Ruan slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.
