Jeyhun Tahan vs Kamil Shamhalov

Boxing Daily Report from the Akafia Promotions promoted show at Dushanbe Janaliyev, Dushanbe,  taking place on 02/03/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Tajikistan Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Varzish TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jeyhun Tahan (19(3) - 1 - 1) who hails from Khujand, Tajikistan and Kamil Shamhalov(11 - 7 - 5) from Dushanbe, Tajikistan.  Both Tahan and Shamhalov weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Valeri Kagramanov, and the three ringside judges are Pyotr Nabiev, Dmitriy Backir and Safar Gadzhiev.
