Martyn George vs Neil Myles

Boxing Daily Report from the Sihumbwa Promotions promoted show at Jim Glen Gym, Green Bay,  taking place on 02/02/2027:

Clearly Sihumbwa Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Wisconsin Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Martyn George (7 - 13 - 4) who hails from Milwaukee, USA and Neil Myles(5 - 0) from Milwaukee, USA.  George weighed in at 244 pounds and 2 ounces, while Myles weighed in at 234 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Chris Bobet, and the three ringside judges are John Quirke, Davie Ugbusien and Sean Picard.  

Round 1: 

Myles is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.

Myles closes the distance and throws a left uppercut, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Myles holds on to his opponent.  Myles hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Myles about fouling.
