Kei Shirai vs Hikaru Kida

Boxing Daily Report from the Glove Shack promoted show at Ariake Urban Sports Park, Tokyo,  taking place on 13/03/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Japan-Tokyo Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kei Shirai (12(6) - 0) who hails from Hachioji, Japan and Hikaru Kida(16 - 2) from Fuchu, Japan.  Both Shirai and Kida weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Michi Uyehara, and the three ringside judges are Fumio Nakazawa, Naoki Morita and Kaede Toyama.
