Rob Ankrah vs Elliot Poma

Boxing Daily Report from the Bones Promotions promoted show at Garden Grove Purdie, Garden Grove,  taking place on 03/03/2027:

Clearly Bones Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rob Ankrah (15(10) - 0) who hails from Achiaman, Ghana and Elliot Poma(1 - 5 - 3) from Dallas, USA.  Both Ankrah and Poma weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Edward Danskin, and the three ringside judges are Dominic Owen, Michael Thomason and Cris Garcia.  

Round 1: 

Ankrah is on target with a sharp left hook.

Ankrah is looking to close the distance and is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Ankrah closes the distance and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.

Ankrah digs in a left uppercut to his opponents liver.  Poma wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Ankrah dabs at his face checking for damage.

Ankrah lands a right hook to the body, a right uppercut to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Poma is clearly losing his cool here!   He throws a low uppercut...that landed well below the belt! The ref halts the action and sends Ankrah to the neutral corner.    He warns Poma that he is heading for a point deduction.  
Ankrah connects with a VICIOUS right hook.  POMA IS HURT!  Poma almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Ankrah lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Ankrah lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Poma is not able to stop any of these shots...he looks in trouble...the ref steps in and stops the action!  He says its over!  The winner by TKO is Ankrah!
