Isaac Floyd vs Frank Mackley

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at The International, Knoxville,  taking place on 04/03/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Deep South Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Isaac Floyd (14(2) - 1) who hails from Memphis, USA and Frank Mackley(13 - 5(1) - 2) from Memphis, USA.  Floyd weighed in at 107 pounds and 14 ounces, while Mackley weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dan Stevenson, and the three ringside judges are Ricky Bees, Robert Davidson and Robert Davidson.  

Round 1: 

Floyd gets on the inside.  Floyd drives a left hook into Mackley's body.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Floyd.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Floyd is looking to close the distance and drives a firm right hook into Mackley's body.  
Floyd lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body.  
Floyd cuts off the ring, trapping Mackley on the ropes.  Floyd is on target with a stinging left uppercut to his opponents body.

Mackley quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a jab.

Floyd is looking to close the distance.  Floyd is on target with a firm left hook.  Mackley wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Floyd dabs at his face checking for damage.
