Alejandro Cedano vs Rico Licona

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Venezuela-Carabobo promoted show at Valencia Franca, Valencia,  taking place on 02/03/2027:

Clearly AI Venezuela-Carabobo have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Venezuela-Carabobo Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alejandro Cedano (14 - 5) who hails from Valencia, Venezuela and Rico Licona(11 - 9 - 2) from Valencia, Venezuela.  Both Cedano and Licona weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ponce Avena, and the three ringside judges are Sancho Fraire, Eloy Guajardo and Marco Torrico.
