Emilio Ma-item vs Diego Akut

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-NCR promoted show at Imperial Palace Hotel, Quezon City,  taking place on 07/03/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines-NCR Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Emilio Ma-item (6 - 8 - 6) who hails from Caloocan, Philippines and Diego Akut(10 - 3 - 6) from Taguig, Philippines.  Ma-item weighed in at 122 pounds, while Akut weighed in at 121 pounds And 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Javier Mago, and the three ringside judges are Alano Quirino, Noe Asoy and Sam Dagupion.
