Evgeny Avene vs Esaias Pitkanen

Boxing Daily Report from the Latvia Boxing promoted show at Elektrum Olympic Centre, Riga,  taking place on 13/05/2027:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Northern Europe Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Viasat Sport Baltic, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Evgeny Avene (15 - 1 - 1) who hails from Riga, Latvia and Esaias Pitkanen(14(1) - 4) from Helsinki, Finland.  Both Avene and Pitkanen weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Goga Sulainis, and the three ringside judges are Georgiy Jaungailis, Georgiy Jaungailis and Mikhail Klavinsh.
