Orlando Jacobo vs Gig Cuenca

Boxing Daily Report from the Ruzgeryan Promotions promoted show at Santo Domingo de Guz Trueba, Santo Domingo de Guzman,  taking place on 14/02/2027:

Clearly Ruzgeryan Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Distrito Nacional Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Orlando Jacobo (16 - 3) who hails from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic and Gig Cuenca(11 - 10 - 1) from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic.  Jacobo weighed in at 114 pounds and 13 ounces, while Cuenca weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ivan Vasques, and the three ringside judges are Paco Cantero, Tajo Verano and Iago Portales.
