Alec Ngongo vs Ali Omer

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Mombasa promoted show at Dikembe Maji Gym, Mombasa,  taking place on 24/03/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Mombasa Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alec Ngongo (12 - 7 - 3) who hails from Mombasa, Kenya and Ali Omer(9 - 2 - 1) from Mombasa, Kenya.  Ngongo weighed in at 159 pounds and 7 ounces, while Omer weighed in at 159 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Lisimba Dalrymple, and the three ringside judges are James Baldacchino, Dembe Mutunga and Robert Perlo.  

Round 1: 

Omer advances into close range and is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.
