Jose Payan vs Carlos Herrero

Boxing Daily Report from the Ballantyne Promotions promoted show at Panama City Montano, Panama City,  taking place on 26/02/2027:

Clearly Ballantyne Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Panama-Panama State Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jose Payan (4 - 10 - 3) who hails from San Miguelito, Panama and Carlos Herrero(6 - 12 - 1) from Panama City, Panama.  Both Payan and Herrero weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Diego Villagrana, and the three ringside judges are Ivan San Jose, Diego Borjas and Ricardo Favela.  

Round 1:
