Fanuco Talaba vs Vicente Marucut

Boxing Daily Report from the Obita Promotions promoted show at Dasmarinas Catangui, Dasmarinas,  taking place on 26/02/2027:

Clearly Obita Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Cavite Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fanuco Talaba (12 - 10(2) - 2) who hails from General Trias, Philippines and Vicente Marucut(8 - 13(2)) from Bacoor, Philippines.  Both Talaba and Marucut weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Vivar, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Atay, Neil Lovato and Gervasio Maggay.
