Eteka Kahu vs Ian Colvin

Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Canterbury promoted show at Brin Kemp Gym, Christchurch,  taking place on 27/03/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand-Canterbury Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Eteka Kahu (11 - 8) who hails from Christchurch, New Zealand and Ian Colvin(6 - 6 - 2) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Kahu weighed in at 134 pounds and 9 ounces, while Colvin weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mark Atchison, and the three ringside judges are Joshua Dallis, Richard Kier and Ruki Kohu.
