Boxing Daily Report from the Slick Rick Promotions promoted show at Auckland Tyrie, Auckland,  taking place on 28/03/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the New Zealand Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Mel Christopher (17(1) - 2 - 1) who hails from Wellington, New Zealand and Kai Fallen(10 - 9(1)) from North Shore, New Zealand.  Both Christopher and Fallen weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Smillie, and the three ringside judges are Kieran Beynon, Clinton Martie and Kyle Stine.  

Round 1: 

Christopher steps away from his opponent.  Fallen lands a jab.
