Boxing Daily Report from the AI Canada-Alberta promoted show at Palace Banquet Centre, Edmonton,  taking place on 01/04/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Canada Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Network, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Valentin Beaufort (16(3) - 2) who hails from Montreal, Canada and Leo Weems(15 - 0) from Edmonton, Canada.  Both Beaufort and Weems weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Haddow, and the three ringside judges are Rob Spade, Clint Craig and Theo Kimmons.
