Jeremy Egerton vs Kaspar Van der Ye

Boxing Daily Report from the Frank Smith’s Tea Boy Promotions promoted show at Echo Arena, Liverpool,  taking place on 17/04/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Western Europe Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jeremy Egerton (24(7) - 1) who hails from Manchester, UK and Kaspar Van der Ye(19(2) - 4(3) - 1) from Rotterdam, Netherlands.  Egerton weighed in at 122 pounds, while Van der Ye weighed in at 121 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Irfan Assaf, and the three ringside judges are Robert Boduch, Sam Colden and Ian Sheridan.
