Arnie McGee vs Michi Sakamoto

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Sunshine Coast Stadium, Sunshine Coast,  taking place on 08/05/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Asia-Oceania Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Arnie McGee (18 - 1 - 1) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and Michi Sakamoto(18 - 5) from Tokyo, Japan.  McGee weighed in at 126 pounds, while Sakamoto weighed in at 125 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Barry Forbes, and the three ringside judges are Tobias Bruce, Johnny Deasmhumhain and Oliver Mullane.
