Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Canterbury promoted show at Stephen Patu Gym, Christchurch,  taking place on 09/04/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand-Canterbury Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ricky Amberson (6 - 8 - 2) who hails from Christchurch, New Zealand and Harvey Maskell(11 - 9 - 2) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Amberson weighed in at 235 pounds And 4 ounces, while Maskell weighed in at 239 pounds And 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Tobias Vert, and the three ringside judges are Ian Fergerson, Kahorere Keno and Jonathan Lockaby.
