Edmundo Ponce vs Tajo Salvatierra

Boxing Daily Report from the Cherry picking promotion’s promoted show at La Plata Montana, La Plata,  taking place on 14/04/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Argentina Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Publica, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Edmundo Ponce (12 - 4 - 1) who hails from La Plata, Argentina and Tajo Salvatierra(7 - 4 - 4) from Buenos Aires, Argentina.  Ponce weighed in at 168 pounds, while Salvatierra weighed in at 167 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Alvino Senor, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Baena, Esteban Villalpando and Vidal Ceja.
