Phil Taite vs Darryl Gilkeson

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Canada-British Columbia promoted show at Surrey Rodger, Surrey,  taking place on 12/04/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Canada-British Columbia Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Phil Taite (9 - 1) who hails from Vancouver, Canada and Darryl Gilkeson(14 - 3 - 2) from Vancouver, Canada.  Taite weighed in at 228 pounds and 1 ounces, while Gilkeson weighed in at 225 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Spencer Clary, and the three ringside judges are Seth Kinnon, James Clelland and Noel Louis-Dreyfus.
