Canaan de Laroche vs Chris Halloran

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Churchill Downs, Louisville,  taking place on 22/05/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the IRBF Intercontinental Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on HBO, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Canaan de Laroche (23(2) - 3 - 1) who hails from Port-au-Prince, Haiti and Chris Halloran(23(7) - 1) from Madison, USA.  Both de Laroche and Halloran weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Shaun Woodman, and the three ringside judges are Dave Southerland, Paul Edgar and Roger Crombie.
