Boxing Daily Report from the Ametepey Promotions promoted show at Irfan Maclouf Gym, Port Said,  taking place on 17/04/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Egypt-Port Said Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Aftab Shafik (10 - 6 - 1) who hails from Port Said, Egypt and Haaris Abdo(12 - 6 - 5) from Port Said, Egypt.  Both Shafik and Abdo weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Zafa Sharif, and the three ringside judges are Zafa Yamin, Waqar Jalali and Haider Said.  

Round 1: 

Abdo closes the distance.  Shafik pivots from in front of his opponent.  Abdo is on target with a left hook.
