Brendan Alcorn vs David Selby

Boxing Daily Report from the Cpboxing promoted show at Linden Bethell, Linden,  taking place on 16/04/2027:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Guyana Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NCN, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Brendan Alcorn (10 - 5 - 1) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and David Selby(9 - 2 - 2) from Georgetown, Guyana.  Both Alcorn and Selby weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Paton, and the three ringside judges are Davie Clucas, Robert Binner and Patrick Goldring.
