Alen Pierce vs Alfonso Mercedes

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Illinois Holocaust Museum, Chicago,  taking place on 18/05/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alen Pierce (16(8) - 0) who hails from Long Beach, USA and Alfonso Mercedes(15(1) - 7 - 1) from Ponce, Puerto Rico.  Both Pierce and Mercedes weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Inigo Gillies, and the three ringside judges are Rob Dockter, David Ridall and Davie Grocholski.  

Round 1:
