Cecilio Gatti vs Luigi De Vito

Boxing Daily Report from the Akuffo Promotions promoted show at Modena Di Benedetto, Modena,  taking place on 18/04/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Italy-Emilia-Romagna Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cecilio Gatti (10 - 6 - 1) who hails from Parma, Italy and Luigi De Vito(11 - 7 - 4) from Bologna, Italy.  Both Gatti and De Vito weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Adolfo Catasta, and the three ringside judges are Primo Lusco, Luigi Chiti and Luigi Porrazzini.  

Round 1: 

Gatti closes the distance.  De Vito pivots to the side of his opponent and connects with a right hook.
