Mick Ndege vs Ben Katonon

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Kisumu promoted show at Kisumu Michieka, Kisumu,  taking place on 22/04/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Kenya-Kisumu Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mick Ndege (13 - 7(1) - 1) who hails from Kisumu, Kenya and Ben Katonon(12 - 8(1) - 2) from Kisumu, Kenya.  Both Ndege and Katonon weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Udenwa Lalang, and the three ringside judges are David Macgoye, Alen Mwamzandi and Kendis Rimbui.
