Salvador Candao vs Jose Resendez

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Bulacan promoted show at San Jose del Monte Cedillo, San Jose del Monte,  taking place on 28/04/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Bulacan Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Salvador Candao (10 - 13(2) - 5) who hails from San Jose del Monte, Philippines and Jose Resendez(7 - 6 - 4) from Malolos, Philippines.  Both Candao and Resendez weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Francisco Celeste, and the three ringside judges are Montego Villalon, Mason Acob and Francisco Celeste.
