Gaston Benichou vs Boyce Gassama

Boxing Daily Report from the Danquah Promotions promoted show at Dakar Ndiaye, Dakar,  taking place on 27/04/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Senegal-Dakar Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gaston Benichou (10(1) - 3 - 1) who hails from Pikine, Senegal and Boyce Gassama(12 - 7 - 2) from Pikine, Senegal.  Both Benichou and Gassama weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rush de Brosse, and the three ringside judges are Yves Diedhiou, Borden Gladieux and Turiau Millot.  

Round 1: 

Gassama throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a sharp right hook.
