Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Ohio promoted show at Columbus Damrow, Columbus,  taking place on 01/05/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Ohio Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jake McCaig (15(1) - 5(2)) who hails from Cleveland, USA and John Thissell(16 - 0) from Columbus, USA.  McCaig weighed in at 125 pounds And 15 ounces, while Thissell weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Marean, and the three ringside judges are Bruce Beddoe, Kenzie Schatte and Clinton Hintz.
