Blake Hume vs James Swinton

Boxing Daily Report from the Hennessy Boxing promoted show at Geelong Baseball Centre, Geelong,  taking place on 22/05/2027:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Australia Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Blake Hume (11 - 5(1)) who hails from Newcastle, Australia and James Swinton(7(1) - 0) from Melbourne, Australia.  Both Hume and Swinton weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nathan Savas, and the three ringside judges are Ricky Barfoot, Paul Elmasyan and Jake Denniston.  

Round 1: 

Swinton hits home with a sharp overhand left.  Swinton throws an overhand right, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.
