Alejandro Cantero vs Ulises Ocanas

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Puerto Rico-Bayamon promoted show at Bayamon Balcazar, Bayamon,  taking place on 08/05/2027:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Puerto Rico Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Puerto Rico Sports Network, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alejandro Cantero (8 - 4 - 1) who hails from Bayamon, Puerto Rico and Ulises Ocanas(10 - 2 - 1) from Carolina, Puerto Rico.  Cantero weighed in at 146 pounds and 10 ounces, while Ocanas weighed in at 146 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Rico Balcazar, and the three ringside judges are Eduardo Mallen, Loredo Olavarria and Alano Exposito.
