Syed Khalil vs Owen Ritchie

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Miami Beach Convention Center, Miami,  taking place on 05/06/2027:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the North American Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fox Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Syed Khalil (27(21) - 3(1) - 1) who hails from San Francisco, USA and Owen Ritchie(18 - 2(1) - 1) from Dallas, USA.  Both Khalil and Ritchie weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Stuart Gillund, and the three ringside judges are Robert Johnstone, Edmundo Celio and Vicente Llanas.
