Cody Pinkerton vs Zach MacConnell

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Sunshine Coast Stadium, Sunshine Coast,  taking place on 29/05/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Australia-Queensland Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cody Pinkerton (5 - 6) who hails from Brisbane, Australia and Zach MacConnell(11 - 4 - 3) from Brisbane, Australia.  Both Pinkerton and MacConnell weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Brendan Moultrie, and the three ringside judges are Giorgio Lombardo, Giorgio Lombardo and John Wark.
