Xing-fu Yuen vs Li Ng

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Hebei promoted show at Fo-hai Way Gym, Dingzhou,  taking place on 13/05/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the China-Hebei Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xing-fu Yuen (11 - 1) who hails from Shijiazhuang, China and Li Ng(10 - 8 - 1) from Dingzhou, China.  Yuen weighed in at 146 pounds and 10 ounces, while Ng weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Shing Khoo, and the three ringside judges are Yuan Ling, Manchu Fu and Deshi Ju.  

Round 1: 

Yuen is looking to close the distance.  Ng throws a left hook, but Yuen clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Ng pushes his forearm into Yuen's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Yuen pivots to the left of his opponent and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.
