Floyd Hughes vs Eiji Ueda

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Kanagawa promoted show at Eiji Shimomura Gym, Yokosuka,  taking place on 01/05/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Floyd Hughes (0 - 0) who hails from Portmore, Jamaica and Eiji Ueda(0 - 1 - 1) from Sagamihara, Japan.  Hughes weighed in at 174 pounds and 14 ounces, while Ueda weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Takeshi Murakami, and the three ringside judges are Iwao Tanabe, Takeo Uchida and Hajime Oh.
