Brendan Preddy vs Sid Henri

Boxing Daily Report from the Monster Promotions promoted show at Mastercard Centre, Toronto,  taking place on 22/05/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Brendan Preddy (9(1) - 0) who hails from Edmonton, Canada and Sid Henri(5 - 8 - 4) from Laval, Canada.  Preddy weighed in at 135 pounds, while Henri weighed in at 134 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is David Raison, and the three ringside judges are Jamie Barclay, Richie Clasby and Dax Feydeau.  

Round 1: 

Preddy lands with a ramrod jab.

Preddy steps inside.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Henri has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.
