Joe Coldwell vs Dave Webb

Boxing Daily Report from the Hands Promotions promoted show at Atlantis Conference Centre, Nassau,  taking place on 15/05/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joe Coldwell (4(3) - 0) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Dave Webb(7 - 6) from Nassau, Bahamas.  Both Coldwell and Webb weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Antwan Young, and the three ringside judges are Fraser Castellaw, Leo Fenwick and Rob David.  

Round 1: 

Coldwell gets on the inside and digs in a left hook to his opponents ribs.  Coldwell clinches his opponent.  Coldwell pushes his forearm into Webb's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Coldwell to stop fouling.  
Coldwell quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Webb throws a right hook, but Coldwell clinches his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Webb steps away from his opponent.  Coldwell sidesteps to the left of his opponent and drives a solid jab into his opponents face.  
Coldwell is looking to close the distance.  Coldwell lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Coldwell attempts to land a jab, but Webb sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Coldwell steps inside and lands two left hook's to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Coldwell is looking to close the distance and lands a right uppercut.  Coldwell clinches his opponent.  Coldwell leans on his opponent using all his weight. Coldwell hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The ref breaks Coldwell's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Coldwell lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Webb is looking to keep his distance.  Coldwell sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He then lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Coldwell lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a jab to the head.  
Coldwell lands two right hook's to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Coldwell manouvers Webb into the corner.  Coldwell lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Coldwell lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Coldwell clinches his opponent.  Coldwell leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Webb pushes his forearm into Coldwell's face.  The referee warns Webb and breaks the clinch.  
Coldwell lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Webb is looking to keep his distance.  Coldwell hits home with a cross.  
Coldwell advances into close range.  Coldwell pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Webb almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Coldwell drives a right hook into Webb's body.  
Coldwell drives a sharp left hook into his opponents body.  
Coldwell gets on the inside.  Coldwell steps back and leans on the ropes with his guard up.  Webb tries to tag Coldwell on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!  
Webb pivots to the left of his opponent.  Coldwell hits home with a left hook.  Coldwell clinches his opponent.  Coldwell leans on his opponent using all his weight. Coldwell tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Webb's kidney. 
Coldwell steps inside and digs in a sharp left hook to his opponents body.  
Coldwell connects with a sharp right uppercut.  
Coldwell is looking to close the distance.  Webb quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Coldwell lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Coldwell lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Coldwell drives a ramrod jab into his opponents face.  
Webb throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a firm right uppercut.  
Coldwell steps inside and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  Coldwell holds on to his opponent.  Coldwell leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Webb's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Webb's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Webb's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Coldwell lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a right uppercut to the head, a left uppercut to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Webb steps to the outside.  Coldwell lands a spiteful jab.  
Coldwell steps inside.  Webb pivots to the left of his opponent.  Coldwell is on target with a sharp left hook.  
Webb lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Coldwell connects with a spiteful left hook.  WEBB IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  
Coldwell steps inside and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Webb quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Webb tries to land a left hook, but Coldwell slips the shot and counters with a HUGE cross.  WEBB IS HURT!  Webb recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Webb switches the action to the outside.  Coldwell lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head, KNOCKING WEBB DOWN!  He is still struggling to his feet as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Coldwell!
