Boxing Daily Report from the AI Dominican Republic-Santiago promoted show at Handila Gym, Santiago de los Caballeros,  taking place on 17/05/2027:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Dominican Republic Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CERTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Vidal Simon (18 - 4 - 1) who hails from Santo Domingo Oeste, Dominican Republic and Montel Resendez(18 - 2) from Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.  Both Simon and Resendez weighed in at 130 pounds.
