Amer Mahdi vs Asgar Mamedyarov

Boxing Daily Report from the Njoroge Promotions promoted show at Qadir Bakhlulov Gym, Sumqayit,  taking place on 21/05/2027:

Clearly Njoroge Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Azerbaijan-Absheron Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Amer Mahdi (8 - 6 - 2) who hails from Baku, Azerbaijan and Asgar Mamedyarov(5 - 9 - 3) from Sumqayit, Azerbaijan.  Both Mahdi and Mamedyarov weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Khamis Gadjibabayev, and the three ringside judges are Bashir Amirbeyov, Bashir Amirbeyov and Hafiz Allahverdiev.
