Callum Kotei vs Rob Ballantyne

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Azumah Nelson Sports Complex, Accra,  taking place on 29/05/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Ghana Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Viasat 1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Callum Kotei (17 - 8) who hails from Accra, Ghana and Rob Ballantyne(18(3) - 2(2)) from Tamale, Ghana.  Kotei weighed in at 147 pounds, while Ballantyne weighed in at 146 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Uland Attakora, and the three ringside judges are Louis Kugblenu, Bilal Haider and Chris Dokuaa.  

Round 1:
